BRONX is a market leader in the design and manufacture of dedicated Coil Coating Lines for ferrous and non ferrous materials.

The BRONX Coating Lines are designed specifically to meet customers demanding requirements which is evident on our installations which can be seen throughout the world.

These lines process materials for a wide variety of products such as appliances for the White goods industry, Building Products, Office Equipment and Food and Beverage Cans.

Striplok Joiner

A strip tear on a coil processing line does not just cost your company time and money, it also has to be repaired. Minimising 'down time' and the ease of repair become important issues.

The Striplok sheet metal joiner is a portable strip joining machine, providing an efficient, high joint strength solution to strip tears on modern steel strip processing lines such as continuous galvanizing and paint coil coating process lines.

Precision made from lightweight, high strength aluminium alloy, the StripLok can be easily handled by one person.

It operates pneumatically and can be used anywhere there exists a compressed air outlet.

Long Reach Striplok Joiner

Long Reach Striplok Joiner
For those wider applications, the long reach unit is the ideal solution. As it is not necessary to join the strip across the entire width of the tear, the long reach adapts perfectly to allow joins in strip with widths up to 1500 mm, and has a reach of 300 mm from the strip edge.
