Colour Coating Lines

The Bronx Group has been manufacturing Coil Colour Coating Lines (Paint Coating Lines)  since 1970 and has over 45 references worldwide.

“Colour Coating” or “Paint Coating” are terms used to describe the application of a decorative and / or protective organic coating to metal supplied in coil form. The type of metals coated include: Steel, Galvanised Steel, Aluminium and Steel / Aluminium Composites.

Bronx supplies a range of coil coating lines from entry level stop / start lines through to fully continuous Conventional high speed lines.

For standard Conventional designs, metal thicknesses vary from 0.20 – 1.6 mm (steel) and in widths up to 1600mm and the line output can be up to 250.000 tpa.

However, for those entering the coil coating market or those wishing to to do short runs or niche colours or patterns Bronx offers Warehouse lines.

The Bronx ‘Warehouse’ lines (Modular and Compact) are a family of Colour Coating Lines designed to fit into existing factory buildings. It is a cost effective solution to manufacture small tonnages (5.000 – 60.000 tpa).

All Bronx lines offer a choice of gas or Infrared curing ovens. We have extensive references in both curing modes, ensuring our customers can select the most economical curing system with a guaranteed product quality.
